Tour Itinerary

• Day 1

  Arrive in Cairo

  Arrival at Cairo airport, meet and assist through formalities & proceed to the hotel for check in. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Cairo.

   

   

  
• Day 2

  Cairo - Full day tour to visit the Pyramids, Sphinx, Egyptian museum & Khan El Khalili bazaars

  This morning after breakfast proceed for a full day guided tour to visit one of the Seven Wonders. The great Pyramids of Giza; (Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus) were reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A single pyramid is built with 2.300.000 blocks, each weighing an average of two and a half tones. Not far from the Pyramids is the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates from the time of Chephren (2620 BC). Hewn from natural yellowish limestone and standing 65 feet-high and 187 feet-long, this unforgettable statue combines the head of a Pharaoh with a lion's body. A quick visit to papyrus institute or a perfume shop can be arranged after the visit. Later visit the Egyptian Museum for another unforgettable tour. The museum's exhibited collections now exceed 120,000 objects ranging from pre-historic era to the Greco Roman period. After the visit of the museum a short drive through the downtown will take you to Khan El Khalili bazaars; which is one of the most famous worldwide with its amazing narrow alleyways.  The visitor can discover small restaurants and workaday cafes where Egyptians & non-Egyptians come to smoke water pipes and enjoy some of the traditional Egyptian drinks in the cafes scattered around the area. Later, returning back to the hotel, evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Cairo.

   

  
• Day 3

  Cairo - Aswan - On board Nile cruise

  This morning after breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Cairo airport for a flight to Aswan (Flight on own). Upon arrival, transfer to the Nile cruise. Check in to the cruise and lunch on board. Later proceed to visit the high dam, the temple of Philae. Return back to the cruise and dinner on board. Overnight on board a cruise ship in Aswan.

   

  
• Day 4

  On board cruise - Aswan - Kom Embo - Edfu

  This morning breakfast on board and then proceed to felucca sailing tour. Lunch on board and then proceed to Kom Ombo. Visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek & Haeroris in Kom Ombo. Sail towards Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board a cruise ship in Edfu. 

   

  
• Day 5

  On board cruise Edfu - Esna - Luxor

  This morning after breakfast proceed to visit Horus Temple in Edfu. Then sail to Luxor via Esna and visit Karnak and Luxor temples on the East bank. Dinner and overnight on board a cruise ship in Edfu.

  
• Day 6

  Disembarkation from Cruise - Luxor - Cairo

  After breakfast check out from the cruise and visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon on the West Bank. After the tour transfer to Luxor airport for the flight to Cairo (Flight on own). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight at the hotel in Cairo. 

   

  
• Day 7

  Cairo - Departure

  Today after breakfast at the hotel, Check out and transfer to the Cairo International Airport for Departure.
