·         Process Visa applications online.

·         Timely and error free submission of applications.

·         Daily reporting of all activities

MICE Operations

Location- MUMBAI

Position: MICE - Operations

Role and Responsibilities

·         Key responsibilities include contracting and negotiations with International hotels and suppliers

·         Handling all international related Queries / Customer Complaints / escalations resolve the same within TAT.

·         Good hands on experience into Products.

·         Handle Domestic/ International tours division. Liaising with DMC s.

·         Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients.

·         Finalizing the necessary costs

·         Responsible to build and develop and maintain good business relationship with suppliers, vendors and hotels

·         Co-ordination for Booking related all queries.

·         Coordinating with airlines, overseas suppliers for rates & service bookings.

·         Preferably handled mostly all International Destinations

·         Monitoring entire team


Preferred Skills

·         Must carry strong experience in Europe, US & Far East destination

·         Team handling experience is added advantage

Manager / Sr. Manager - MICE Contracting

Location- MUMBAI

Position: MICE - Contracting

Role and Responsibilities


·         To get comparative Vendor quotes, and ensure timely payments to vendor

·         Introduce new vendors ensure empanelment as per business credit policy

·         Weekly meeting with Operations team

·         Fortnightly meeting with Sales team

·         Responsible for renewals of contracts with DMC, suppliers etc.

·         Share MICE promotions with sales team

·         Maintain update destination cost monitor

·         Preparing the handover of files with all necessary documentations, confirmations and spocs coordinates

·         Create pool of preferred hotels in respective destination to have better negotiated rates.

·         Setup feedback call with vendor post event submit report to contracting leader, Sales spoc operation leader

·         Accompanying the sales team for client visits / meetings.

·         Destination recce on tour travel in case of large format groups

·         Relationship with vendors other industry bodies

·         Adherence of company business policy

·         Handle escalations conflict management

·         Maintain close coordination with ops, sales, product finance team

Manager - Leisure Sales

Location- DELHI

Position: Leisure - Sales

Role and Responsibilities

·         Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets

·         Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records

·         Selling travel products and tour packages in regard with leisure & holidays

·         Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and

·         sustainable tourism

·         Must have destination knowledge across globe

·         Ability to understand customer requirements to customize itineraries for given destination

·         Coordination with B2B agents & operations team for quotations

·         Understanding of flight sectors, hotel categories, currencies, things to do etc. destination wise

·         Ability to close bookings

·         Developing and building cordial relationship with the present and prospective clients

·         Receiving inbound / outbound customer sales inquiries and providing quotations, providing product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound / outbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the organizations product/services

Preferred Skills

·         8-12 years of experience preferably in selling / operating travel products and services, preferably including holiday packages

B2B Sales (Travel Agents)

Position: B2B Sales

Role and Responsibilities

·         Visiting travel agents across locations for sales.

·         Approaching new & prospective clients.

·         Servicing agencies in given market, developing & maintaining relation with them on a regular basis.

·         Explaining products to clients.

·         Converting leads into sales (B2B/B2C).

·         Co-ordinate between agent & HO

·         Coordinating between clients and operations.

·         Coordinating between vendor and operations.

·         Back-up for operations team.

·         Responsible for collection of payment from clients.

·         Providing proper follow up till the travel is completed
