Photograph: 1 recent matt-finished photograph with white background. It should have 80% face view and should be 35mm x 45mm in size.
Covering Letter: A covering letter mentioning the applicant’s name, designation, passport no., purpose and duration of the visit. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on business letterhead and for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China, Mumbai’.
Financial Documents: Original salary credited & personal saving bank statements for the last 3 months. The statements should be updated with stamp and signature by a bank authority on each page. It should maintain balance of INR 1,60,000.
